RVCC Spring Carnival May 25 – Volunteers Needed It is that time again for the Riverview Community Centre's Annual Spring Carnival! Friday, May 25th is the date this year from 5:30 to midnight. The Midwifery Program in Manitoba has not grown since its start in 2000. There are only about 29 midwives in Manitoba and many of them are leaving! Research has shown that midwifery care is safe and satisfying and keeps birth a normal, exciting passage in a family’s life! Many families in Manitoba want a midwife for their prenatal, birth and postpartum care but are not able to get one! We need more midwives! THE MANITOBA GOVERNMENT NEEDS TO HEAR FROM YOU!
