SATURDAY & SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 22 & 23 2:00-5:00 p.m. - INTRODUCTION TO DANCE!  Bring indoor athletic shoes and

your water bottles!

SATURDAY, DECEMBER 6, 1:00 - 4:00 p.m. - Express yourself in a Drama Workshop!

 

Creative Drama (5 – 6 yrs):  Do you like to act out stories?  Do you like to “become” different people using costumes and props?  How about making up your own unique plays?  Come and use your own special ideas and imagination to create interesting drama!  We’ll have a whole lot of fun!

 

 

Kids Act Out!! (7 – 9 yrs):  Have you ever wondered what acting would be like?  Here’s a great chance for you to learn about acting in a course filled with laughter!  All kinds of acting techniques will be explored, including improvisation, storytelling, theatre games and play building.  You will develop incredible decision-making and communication skills while growing in self-confidence and teamwork!

 

CCCRAAZY Acting: Improv and Acting (10 – 13 yrs):  This class offers the best of both worlds – the crazy spontaneity of improv (like “Who’s Line is it Anyway?”) and the more structured techniques of acting.  All sorts of acting techniques will be explored with a focus on developing character, theme, and positive group interaction with theatre games and play building.  Your spontaneity and creativity will get a real workout!

BREAKFAST WITH SANTA!   Santa is coming to the club the morning of December 13.  Special performance by K.C. Junction!  Mark your calendars!  If you’d be interested in doing a small 2 hour shift please call Bev Suek at 453-4350 or email beverlysuek@shaw.ca. 

Activities include a pancake breakfast, presents for the kids, games and contests (with prizes!)  To help with these activities, or if you have contacts with a business or organization that can help us supply Santa's elves with food, wrapping paper, or prizes, call Carla at 452-9944.
