We'll be exchanging food items from Winnipeg Harvest's Top Ten Most Wanted Food Items for raffle tickets, and on December 13th at the Breakfast with Santa, conducting a raffle to reward the generosity of community members by giving out prizes!  We hope you'll help us gather together:

Canned Fish and poultry - Tuna, or Salmon (packed in water) Chicken or Turkey

Baby Food - jars of chicken, beef, vegetables or fruit, Formula with added iron

Canned Fruit and Vegetables (packed in own juice)           Canned Beans, Chili, or Stew      Peanut Butter

The prizes include gift certificates from local businesses. Just think - your donation might win you and someone special a dinner at one of our fine local restaurants!  Beginning on November 17th, drop off your donation at the Riverview Community Centre during its regular hours of operation, and receive your raffle ticket by talking to the staff member on duty. We hope you feel the same way that we do about helping out other families in need at this time of year, including some who live right in our own community!
