Special Meeting of RVCC Board and Community, September 16, 2009 7:30 pm

Dear Residents of Riverview

Riverview Community Club has grant money to cover the cost of renovations to our bathrooms up to $60,000.  But we do not get the money up front - it is reimbursed.  We therefore need a line of credit to pay the contractor as we go along.

We are having a special meeting of  "members"  which means residents as well as Board members to vote on this issue.

The meeting will be on Sept 16,  from
7:30 to 8:00 pm

The Motion is:

"I move that RVCC set up a Line of Credit of $30,000 for a period of no longer than  six months which must be used exclusively to cover the cost of renovations to the bathrooms."

Please consider coming out to the club and participating in this meeting, to show your support for these essential upgrades.
