The Riverview Reflector is a volunteer effort of the Riverview Community Centre (RVCC). The Reflector is delivered free of charge to more than 1500 homes and businesses. All advertising revenues are used to defray the costs of printing this unique community newsletter.

Riverview residents and associations are invited to make use of this newsletter to access the Riverview community. Articles, notices, letters, photos and comments can be submitted at RVCC to the attention of the Reflector Editor at reflector@riverviewcc.ca.

Submissions must include name, address and phone number. All material may be edited for style and length.

Articles and photos will be published at the Editor's discretion. The Editor and RVCC are not responsible for any loss or damage to submissions. The views expressed in the contributions to the Riverview Reflector are not necessarily the views of RVCC and its Board of Directors.

Editions

Reflector Advertising Policy

The following advertising policy has been adopted by the RVCC executive:

FREE ad space will be provided to the following:

1. Riverview residents for typical buy/sell notices in the classified section

2. Churches, schools, day cares and service clubs located in the Reflector distribution area. Each organization is allowed 1/4 page ad insertion per year, plus insertions in the Community Notices section each month. Additional larger ads for special events will be considered, subject to availability of space, at the discretion of the Editor.

3. Other non-profit groups, as space permits, on a one-time basis for events which are relevant to the Riverview area.

4. Community Centre-affiliated organizations as required.

PAID advertising:

Any individual or firm, other than those listed above, who wishes to use the Reflector to advertise goods or services, etc. will be invoiced at the published rates. Pre-payment will be required prior to running the advertisement.
