Sports Refund Policy

Sports Registration Refunds

Refunds will be approved during the duration of registration.  A 25.00 administrative fee will apply.

Partial refunds will be approved until the end of April.  A 25.00 administrative fee will apply along with any prorated game and/or practice time.

Refunds due to extenuating circumstances, such as season ending injuries, will be considered at any time up and until 2/3 of the program is completed.

RVCC will also adhere to the individual sports associations’ policies on refunds and act accordingly.
